CORONAVIRUS ANTIBODY TESTING FOR ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS
We are again offering coronavirus antibody testing for you and your eligible dependents (age 5 or older) as part
of the Building Trades Welfare Foundation-Mayo Clinic Laboratories COVID-19 Resilience Project (Project).

This unique multigenerational project is intended to provide you and your eligible family members important
information about your own health and moving safely in this continued COVID environment. Tremendous
progress has been made with vaccines and the recent availability of boosters, but questions as to protection remain
with a significant portion of the population unvaccinated and the continued emergence of highly transmissible
variants. Thus, a study focusing on the presence and persistence of antibodies in the general population, i.e., if
the antibodies last and grow stronger, remains important.
WHO CAN TEST: All eligible participants and dependents (age 5 or older). This includes those who have
already tested and those who are vaccinated or unvaccinated.
NO COST: The cost of the test will be covered 100% by the Fund for eligible participants and covered family
members.
TESTING: This round of testing will be done via a blood draw (venipuncture) at various Any Lab Test Now
(ALTN) locations. This test is designed to determine whether you have antibodies in response to a natural
infection OR in response to a vaccine.
DATES AND LOCATIONS: The testing is being conducted in conjunction with other building trades. On a
first-come, first-serve basis, you may choose any date or location below that is most convenient for you and your
family (available times will be on registration site):
Thursday, November 11, 2021: Any Lab Test Now, 2070 W Auburn Rd, Rochester Hills – Blood Draw
Wednesday, November 17, 2021: Any Lab Test Now, 2070 W Auburn Rd, Rochester Hills – Blood Draw
Tuesday, November 30, 2021: Any Lab Test Now, 2070 W Auburn Rd, Rochester Hills – Blood Draw
TO REGISTER: Go to www.ualocal98fringe.org. You must register at least (2) days before your preferred
testing date. Due to the coordination of this Project with the Mayo Clinic, NO WALK-INS WILL BE
ALLOWED. You must register. Additional Project information is on the registration site.
Please do not come to a testing site if you are sick, displaying symptoms of COVID-19, or have had close
contact with someone with COVID-19 in the prior 14 days.
